Disable "This program might not have installed correctly" in Windows 7

The other day while installing some programs specific to my machine, I've repeatedly running into an error message like this, even if the installation was unsuccessful.
According to the operating system, the program may not have installed properly, perhaps because the setup has unexpectedly quit, or perhaps due to closure by the user of a particular software.

This feature could be really uncomfortable for administrators who are having to install programs that create the problem on a wide range of vehicles.
To disable this, we must first act from the Windows Services (the functionality is controlled by a service), then work through the Group Policy Editor.
Through the Start menu and its integrated search box, write services.msc and we will be in front of a window like this.
