Transfer music from iTunes to iPod

Answer :

You must first add files to iTunes library ( File -> Add to Library ), this is done, connect your iPod to your computer (if you have not already done previously) and drag the files you've added in the iPod library, selecting the iPod from the left bar.

Also, if you have already created playlists, you can entirely out of sync the iPod without bothering to do this song for song. Click on your iPod in the left column, click on Music Tab , pick only the playlists you want to sync, then clicking on Synchronize .
